Clinical Rehabilitation Pilates
One-to-one sessions designed in coordination with your physiotherapy programme. Prescribed by Dr. Minash or a senior clinician. Duration: 60 minutes.
Small Group Pilates
Maximum 6 participants. Instructor-led with individual attention throughout. Suitable for intermediate and advanced practitioners. Duration: 60 minutes.
