THE BASELINE

Dynamometer Strength Testing
Objective strength and asymmetry data, taken from your first session. We identify imbalances between limbs and muscle groups before they become injuries, and use the numbers to set real targets, not guesses.
What it measures: Jump height and landing mechanics, Single-leg strength and symmetry, Reactive strength index, Isometric strength output.

VO2 Max Testing
A supervised aerobic capacity test that tells you exactly where your cardiovascular fitness stands. VO₂ max is one of the most reliable predictors of long-term health and performance, and it gives us a baseline to build every conditioning block from.
What it measures: True aerobic capacity, Training zone precision, Heart rate at lactate threshold, Cardiovascular age vs. chronological age.
WHAT WE BUILD
Strength and Conditioning
Structured strength progressions built on your baseline numbers, not a generic template. Every load, set, and rep is chosen for where you actually are.
Speed and Power Development
Sprint mechanics, plyometrics, and power output work, sequenced to build speed safely on top of a solid strength foundation.
Functional Movement Training
Movement quality and mobility work that closes the gaps your assessment identifies, so strength translates into how you actually move.
Injury-Prevention Programming
Targeted, data-led work on the asymmetries and weak links most likely to cause injury, before they cost you time out.

YOUR COACH
Head Coach, Strength and Conditioning.
Pravir leads strength and conditioning at Myo, working across return-to-sport, performance, and general strength programmes. His approach is built on the same principle as the rest of Myo: assess first, load with purpose, and track progress against real numbers rather than a fixed timeline.
