Payment Policy

All sessions must be paid in advance prior to the start of your treatment or training programme.

Session slots will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. This ensures efficient scheduling and allows us to accommodate clients on our waitlist in a timely manner.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a well-structured and fair system for all clients.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unexpected changes can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance through formal communication with the Myo Movement operations team (not directly with your therapist or trainer).

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be treated as a completed session and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

This policy helps us manage time effectively and provide fair access to our services for all clients.
Refund & Session Freeze Policy

We do not offer refunds for any booked sessions, packages, or programmes.

In the case of a genuine emergency that prevents you from attending one or more sessions, we offer the option to freeze those missed sessions.

These sessions must be redeemed within 20 days from the original date, subject to therapist or trainer availability.
Please notify the team as soon as possible in such cases so we can assist you with rescheduling and ensure continuity in your care or training.
